Each month, we review the list of report requests in the common library member named AAINDEX and compare it to the contents of the common library. Any report in the common library that is not listed in the AAINDEX is considered to be temporary and is deleted without notice.
Lately, we've noticed an increase in the number of temporary members that must be deleted each month. This is a reminder that requests placed in the common library on a temporary basis should be deleted after they are no longer needed. Please help us maintain a clean common library and delete unneeded and temporary members in a timely manner.
