It's happened to all of us. You log on to CIRS and quickly scroll past the messages only to realize you went past one with information you need. No problem! You have two options to view the missed messages:
Select OTHER from the action bar, and select option 6 to view the message board. This option displays approximately one month's backlog of messages.
From the common library, press the F4 key to locate the report request named AAMSG. This option displays approximately a six month backlog of messages.
