The function keys are located at the bottom of the main ad hoc reporting menu and perform actions related to navigation and ad hoc reporting. The functions are applicable to both your personal library and the common library.
From this section, you can create, locate, and sort your report requests. This is also where you can access your hold files, create extract files, and view the results of your batch jobs. Additionally, a function key is available to swap your personal library with the common library.
To perform the action, or to receive an options menu, press a function key.
