The Payment History Data (PH) file for both the prior business month and the current fiscal year to date will now be available the day after the last daily payroll cycle of the month. Previously, the file was available on the first working day of the new calendar month.
This change will enable you to access the data 1 or 2 days earlier, and will eliminate the 'dead-zone' that existed when the source file for the current month Payment Extract process was emptied after the last daily payroll cycle, but the data was not yet available in the PH file.
