Below are some Compendium Reports that you might find useful. The following campus reports are updated on a bi-annual basis each October and March and provide summary data.
| A86 | Snapshot report that provides numerous totals and counts for active and on-leave employees in a single report. (For example: employee counts by time base, number of leaves with pay, etc.) Data is sorted by CBID. |
| A87 | Same data as A86, except the data for the campus overall and is not broken out by CBID. |
| B47 | Identifies the average monthly and annual salary (base pay) by CBID and class code. |
| B48 | Report of total hours and gross pay for overtime and shift differential. Data is sorted by CBID and class code. |
| F22 | Snapshot report that provides numerous pay data statistics. (For example: number of employees paying union dues, total gross pay for monthly employees, etc.) Data is sorted by CBID. |
The following campus detail reports are updated on a quarterly basis each March, June and September, December.
| E76 | Year to date report of NDI payments. Payment detail is sorted by CBID and employee SSN. |
| E77 | Year to date report of IDL/WC payments. Payment detail is sorted by CBID and employee SSN. |
2003 reports
Below are some Compendium Reports that you might find useful. All reports are updated monthly and are at the campus detail or campus summary level.
| A12 | Identifies employees with a name change during the last 30 days. |
| A43 | Detail information on A54 transactions for the current fiscal year. Includes retirement information if employee has a regular, active position. |
| A16 | Identifies employees whose probationary period is due to expire in the next two months. |
| E24 | Summary report of total gross and net pay for faculty, staff and students. Amounts sorted by pay period. |
| F38 | Identifies employees with an address change during the last 30 days. |
| G92 | Year-To-Date contribution totals for employees with tax shelter and deferred compensation deductions. Identifies employees who have already exceeded the annual contribution limit and projects when an employee will exceed the annual limit.

| A39 | Detail report identifying basic position data for employees. Sorted by CBID and by class and range. |
| B91 | Summary report that provides counts of payment activity by month and clearance type for workload analysis. |
| L01 | Detailed position data for current employees. Includes protected data fields. Data is formatted in a tab delimited file for downloading.
