Personal Library

​The Personal Library is where your FOCUS report requests are stored with unique names until you choose to delete them or your userid is deleted.

    • By default, your library appears after the CIRS message board and your main printer information is displayed.  If you have a very large library, you will see a message ’Loading Personal Library’ along with a count of members in your library.  
    • Your report requests are displayed in alphabetical order along with the date the report request was last changed.  
    • If the first line of a report request is a comment line, that line appears as the description.  If the first line is not a comment, the description displays as NO DESCRIPTION FOUND.  
    • The total number of report requests (rows) in your library is displayed in the upper right corner.  
    • ​When your userid was created, three members were placed in your library:  HISTORY, PAYMENT and VERIFY$.  Thes​e members are reserved for use with the extract functions​.  Do not use these for any other purpose. ​
