The purpose of this report is to provide statistical information and a count of employees that may need fixing on the IPEDS Online System (IPOS). Refer to the Detail Report by Employee Group B42 for a sample page. Each field/column on the sample report has been labeled with a letter to assist in identification and provide a Brief Definition of each field. The letters will appear in parenthesis and are referenced throughout the instructions.
If this report shows that the total employees not counted is greater than 0, then there are employees who need to be manually added to the IPEDS Online System. The employee will be listed in the Detail Error Report B43.
If message number 02, 03, 04, 06, 07, 08 and 12 is not 0, then there is an employee who will need to be manually added to the IPEDS Online System. The employee will be listed in the Detail Error Report B43.
