The CIRS User Manual and Data Element Dictionary (DED) are password protected web sites. If you're still using .pdf or .hlp files on your computer, or a paper copy of those documents, please stop using them immediately. Those are very outdated versions of our CIRS documentation and may contain data that is now incomplete and/or incorrect.

The userid and password for the CIRS User Manual and the DED are the same.
