If Item 704B does not open up on the next transaction to be processed prior to 7/1/97, use a 704 Transaction to delete Item 704B using a later effective date.

Audit Instructions

For academic employees, the effective date must be the beginning of an academic pay period.

Do not post transactions to a leave without pay or separated record. If there is a change to Management Data Element No.2, change the item when employee is reinstated or reappointed.
