Time entered in Item 225 must equal number of days in the academic pay period of the effective date.
895-04 ACADEMIC DAYS WORKED AND NOT WORKED REQUIRED.
Item 225 must be entered if class is academic and transaction code = A50, A52, A56, and effective date is other than the first day of the academic pay period.
If entered, the sum of days worked/not worked must agree with the total number of established academic work days indicated on the academic calendar for the pay period.
When processing an AxxC and the original appointment had Item 225 completed, you must re-enter the information to avoid receiving this message.
