Item 640 - Last Day Physically Worked

When an hourly interment employee is appointed, but never worked in the position, Item 640 of the separation (Transaction S31) is the same date as the appointment.  Note:  The effective date of separation is the same date as the expiration date (Item 416) of the initial appointment.
