State Service Balance and Transactions Master File Description

If your campus participates in CLAS, this file contains state service balance and transaction information for specific leave periods. Employees will have one record per leave period. Data is available for the last 5 years. The range of data available for your campus will depend on when it began participation in CLAS. This file is available only in the Batch FOCUS environment.
