Coding Values:

0 = Used when salary rate is zero
1 = Monthly rate salary
2 = Yearly rate salary
4 = Hourly rate salary - based on monthly rate for class
5 = Hourly rate salary - established (flat) hourly rate
6 = Hourly rate salary - established Trade + (prevailing) Rate class
8 = Daily rate salary
9 = Other miscellaneous or piece work rate salary
