This field identifies whether a Transaction Code was keyed by the SCO or a campus. Its value is determined by looking at the first two characters of the PSD Reference Number. If the first two characters are in the range of 50-73, then this field is set to 0, otherwise it is set to 1.
Note: The first two characters of the PSD reference are not the campus code.
