Transaction Data Master File Description

This file contains selected fields for all transactions on the EHDB from 1976 (or when you campus began) through the prior work day for your campus. All transactions are included with the exception of voids, deletes, fixes, eliminates, EAR, retirement system transactions (R02), students (class codes 0100, 1868, 1870, 1871, 1872, 1874, 1875, 1876) and special pay appointments (transaction A54). This file would be used to obtain transaction counts and for historical reporting.
