The print (P) command is used to print a compendium report. Reports can also be printed while being
browsed, or printed on a monthly, quarterly or other regular basis using
batch print (F10) from the main compendium screen.
Whichever method is used for printing reports, be aware it is not possible to cancel a print job after the enter key is pressed except by contacting the Office of Technology Services' Gold Camp Campus
Help Desk or at the printer if it has a 'cancel print’ option.
To print a report, type a P to the left of the desired report cycle and press enter. For example:

If there are multiple printers at your campus, your default printer is selected for you. To change the printer, type the number corresponding to the selection at the prompt.
By default, 1 copy is selected to print. If you need multiple copies of the report, type a number from 2 to 9.
By default, all report lines are selected to print. If you only want a certain range of lines to print, specify the 'from' and 'to' line numbers. Note: Leading zeros are not required.
When the report is sent to the printer, the system will respond with a message indicating the name of the file, the printer and the number of copies. To clear the message and return to the report cycle menu, press the enter key.
