Indicates the type of information contained in the report.

Unique 3-character report identifier.

Cycle
|
Indicates the update frequency. Cycle dates are usually displayed in a year and month (YY/MM) format.

Level
|
There are four levels of reports:

Campus Detail (CD) - these reports contain information at the employee or position level and usually contain confidential information at the campus level.

Campus Summary (CS) - these reports contain information summarized at a higher level such as class and collective bargaining ID at the campus level.

Systemwide Detail (SD) - these reports can only be accessed by Chancellor’s Office system wide users due to their confidential nature.

Systemwide Summary (SS) - reports contain information summarized at a high level for all campuses.

The length of time a report cycle is retained.
