Joint Apprenticeship Program

The CSU/SETC (State Employees Trades Council) Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC) program is designed to provide the California State University with qualified, well-trained Facilities skilled trades workers. The apprenticeship program helps prepare building engineers, carpenters, locksmiths, electricians, painters and other roles.

Guidelines for the program are provided through the Standards of Apprenticeship, Affirmative Action Plan and Selection Procedures, Policies, Rules and Regulations, and all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
