The faculty and programs in the College provide students with the resources they need for building rich and satisfying professional and personal lives. The College prepares students for a wide range of careers, including graphic design, journalism, teaching, administration, resort management, park management, television broadcasting, speech and language therapy, public relations, strength and conditioning coaching, physical therapy, therapeutic recreation, and public and organizational communication. It also equips students with critical knowledge and skills that will help them create positive relationships, maintain healthy minds and bodies, and participate as engaged and informed citizens and life-long learners in their communities.

Within a professional college, the School of Education provides hands-on, practical experience to the students in many settings. Graduates from its programs are highly sought after by employers in business, government, and education, as well as graduate programs in a variety of disciplines. Its alumni have been highly successful in their careers across the state and the nation.
