Michael A. Lucki is a member of the CSU Foundation Board of Governors, previously serving as the treasurer, chair of the Finance & Investment Committee, and chair of the Audit Committee. Mr. Lucki has 35 years of global experience with the engineering and construction industry. He has been involved in over 100 mergers and acquisitions over his career, including deal structuring and negotiations, due diligence, tax structuring, complex financing issues, and merger integration. He is also experienced in financial reporting (including the Securities and Exchange Commission), initial public offerings, risk management practices, taxation and corporate finance issues, strategic planning, and capital market transaction. Mr. Lucki has held several leadership and finance roles, including chief financial officer and executive vice president at CH2M HILL and partner and global leader at Ernst & Young Global LLP Infrastructure, Construction & Engineering Practice.
Mr. Lucki and his wife, Debe Lucki, have been long-time supporters of the CSU Foundation's CSU Trustees’ Award for Outstanding Achievement and recently endowed a scholarship for the Trustees' Award. Mr. Lucki has a bachelor of science degree in business administration and accounting from California State University, Los Angeles.
