Ali C. Razi is chairman and cofounder of The Stratham Group of Companies.
Dr. Razi has been active in the Southern California real estate market for over
35 years. Under his leadership, The Stratham Group of Companies has
successfully acquired, developed, and sold over 10,000 single-family homes
and apartments in Southern California. Dr. Razi leads an award-winning real
estate development team that is known for its proven success and expertise in
the industry.
In 2002, Dr. Razi was the recipient of an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters
from California State University, San Bernardino for his contributions to higher
education. In 2011, Dr. Razi was one of the recipients of the Ellis Island Medal of
Honor for distinguished service to the community and to the country.
Dr. Razi further worked to serve his community as a member of the Board of
Governors of the California State University Foundation. Prior to assuming his
duties with the CSU Foundation, he served as a member of the Board of Trustees
of the California State University system from 1996-2001. Dr. Razi is a former
board member of The Midnight Mission and is also the founding chair of Farhang
Foundation, the premier Iranian arts and cultural organization in the United States.
Dr. Razi is a graduate of King’s College London with a degree in civil engineering as
well as a master’s degree in business administration.
