Kimberley Goode is a board director, senior advisor and community champion with passion for equity, inclusion and literacy. She serves on the boards of Providence Health Plan, the Chicago Public Library Foundation, the California State University Foundation and the Carol Shield’s Prize for Fiction Foundation.

Previously,  Kimberley served as an award-winning Chief Communications Officer for several global public companies with responsibility for communications, social impact, government affairs and reputation management. She has significant experience supporting major transactions, including most recently leading the team that negotiated a $40 billion community benefit plan to support the largest acquisition in Canadian banking history.

Kimberley has earned industry honors as a public relations professional and a corporate leader. She has been recognized as a top leader in Corporate America and has been inducted in the halls of fame for PR Week and Ragan Communications. She has also been installed in the Hall of Achievement for her alma mater, the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.

She enjoys life with her spouse and fellow Northwestern University Wildcat Andre Goode, and they are proud parents of three. They split their time in Chicago and the Bay Area.
