​Approval Process

A COBCP for a self-support project is reviewed by appropriate divisions within the Chancellor's Office before inclusion on the action-year priority list and presentation to the Board of Trustees, recommending that the capital outlay proposal be approved as a part of the budget (action) year capital outlay program.​
