Mona Simpson is the director of shared services for The Boeing Company, the world's largest aerospace company and leading manufacturer of commercial jetliners and defense, space and security systems.  Simpson is a member of the CSU Foundation Board of Governors, where she serves as secretary.

Simpson earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from CSU Fullerton and a master's degree in systems management from the University of Southern California.  She also completed the advanced management program at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School Of Business.​
