Mr. Michael Lucki has served the CSU Foundation since 2005, and has led the organization's audit committee as chair since 2007. The mission of the CSU Foundation is to enhance the educational excellence of the California State University in teaching, learning, community service, and applied research.

Mr. Lucki is the retired EVP and CFO of CH2M HILL, a global employee-owned engineering and construction firm with over 25,000 employees. Prior to his position at CH2M HILL, Mr. Lucki served over 20 years as the Global Director of Engineering and Construction Industry Services and the Global Infrastructure Practice for Ernst & Young. Mr. Lucki also led the Americas including the United States Engineering and Construction practice and coordinated Ernst & Young's global construction industry activities. This group provided services to the engineering and construction industry for audit, tax, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, project management oversight, restructuring and strategic planning.

Mr. Lucki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from California State University, Los Angeles.
