Entertainment Industry Foundation Careers Program (EIFCP)

EIFCP is a service provided by EIF that aims to support studios and productions in hiring more candidates from diverse backgrounds and nonprofit programs, and support candidates in navigating their careers beyond their first job. We believe EIFCP provides the opportunity for our alumni to have access to more employment opportunities that will help lay the foundation to a sustainable career in the entertainment industry.

EIFCP is powered by the Crewvie platform - a global database designed to help employers find and promote talent in the entertainment industry. The program provides you with two exciting opportunities: (1) employer partners from the EIFCP network will have access to you through the EIFCP Manager, Irma Livadic, during their search to identify candidates for open job opportunities and (2) you will be accessible to a wider range of employers searching the larger Crewvie database for their hiring needs. Essentially, being part of EIFCP gives you the best of both worlds to make you more visible to employment opportunities!

To Participate / Helpful Guides -- please sign up and create a profile on Crewvie, using the link here. Please be sure to list our program as “EIFCP” and your pathway program association as “CSU Entertainment Alliance” under “ASSOCIATIONS” when completing your profile.
