The Why:

The CSUEA is all about private-public partnerships. We want companies to turn to our campuses for their hiring needs. We increase awareness within the entertainment industry of the diversity, size, and value the CSU provides, through our wide network of partnerships. We are actively developing pipelines into the entertainment industry for all CSU students with an emphasis on increasing the inclusivity of the entertainment industry workforce. If the entertainment industry is to become fully representative of the world for which it creates content, the historically selective pipeline through which Hollywood finds its labor force must be expanded intentionally, and we are helping the industry achieve this key goal.

THE WHAT:

We consistently network at industry events and conferences to foster relationships and contacts that lead to constructive strategic partnerships of mutual benefit to entertainment companies and the CSU. These valuable connections to industry professionals and entertainment alumni, often result in direct engagement via invitations to our campuses, key partnerships, guest speakers, mentors, advisors, and high-profile publicity for our programs. We also negotiate partnerships with a multitude of companies to offer discounted prices for events / memberships / products / etc that serve our students, including:
