The department of Systemwide Campus Safety & Security in the CSU Chancellor’s Office provides systemwide guidance and oversight regarding the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Safety Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (the Clery Act), and coordinates related training, policy and legislative reporting. The team also supports the CSU Council of Police Chiefs and provides guidance on compliance and critical response unit (CRU) activation.
