Meetings

The California State University Alumni Council is dedicated to supporting the California State University, its alumni, and campus alumni associations through training and development, advocacy, and communications efforts. ​In conducting its business, the Alumni Council seeks corporate sponsorships for its programs, where appropriate.​

Sponsorship opportunities are available at each of these. Note that sponsorship is only available for the professional development portions of the meetings and not the board business meetings.

Links to the meeting agendas as well as any Zoom meetings are posted one week in advance.

​Public comment: Individuals wishing to appear before the board to make public comment must provide written notice to the secretary two working days preceding the regularly scheduled board meeting, stating the subject and reason for the appearance. The board president determines and announces any reasonable restrictions upon such presentations, including the total amount of time allocated for public comment on particular issues, and/or for each speaker.  Written notice to the secretary may be sent to [email protected]​ with "Public Comment" as the subject line.
