CSU Retirement

Thank you for your service to the California State University system. The CSU supports the efforts of retired faculty and staff to plan a fulfilling, financially secure retirement.

Open Enrollment

Dear Valued CSU Retiree,

You may have recently received the CSU’s annual open enrollment postcard. It is our annual reminder that open enrollment will soon begin for CalPERS health and CSU sponsored retiree benefit plans (September 21 – October 16, 2020). During our postcard mail merge process, some retiree names were mismatched with retiree addresses. If you received a postcard not addressed to you personally, we sincerely apologize for the error and any worry or frustration you have experienced. Please know, this postcard was meant to be received by you and the open enrollment information on the postcard remains accurate.

Protecting your information is of utmost importance and safeguards have been put in place to guard against something like this happening again. Rest assured none of your personal information was breached.

In addition, we will be mailing the postcard a second time to your home mailing address, addressed to you.

Best Regards,
Systemwide Human Resources
