Professor Kenneth Shultz joined Cal State San Bernardino’s Department of Psychology in 1992. His degree is in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He is praised by colleagues and students for his teaching, faculty and student mentoring, professional development, and extensive professional and university service.

Shultz is an authority on mid and late career issues, including bridge employment and retirement. He has published approximately 50 articles in prestigious journals, as well as 10 book chapters, and 4 books.

Shultz has amassed not only an impressive publication record, but has also supervised more than 30 student master’s theses, obtained consistently high student ratings for his teaching, and engaged in extensive service to both CSUSB and his profession.
