Terrence Pringle joined the Office of General Counsel as a Paralegal in October 2023. Mr. Pringle is responsible for assisting attorneys with transactional and contract matters, including real estate transactions, land records, international activities and agreements, and contracts & procurement.
Mr. Pringle has 12 years of experience working in the legal field as a paralegal. His background ranges from handling litigation, as well as transactional and corporate governance matters.
