Carrie is the Assistant Vice Chancellor & Chief Counsel, External Affairs and serves as counsel to California State University, Bakersfield. She previously advised the Chico, Monterey Bay, and San Bernardino campuses as well as the Chancellor’s Office personnel department. Carrie is a resource attorney on Conflict of Interest, Records Access, NAGPRA/CalNAGPRA and Auxiliaries. Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel, Carrie practiced law at Reed Smith LLP and Baker Hostetler, where she specialized in business litigation.
