Arleen Wallen started at Bronco Wine Company -- the sixth-largest wine seller in the U.S. -- in 2005 as a staff accountant. She went on to earn six promotions and steadily rose up the ranks to Director of Finance and Administration and finally to Controller, making her responsible for the company’s fiscal accountability. She currently oversees 10 departments at Bronco, including finance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, purchasing, customer service, and farming.
Senior Executive Committee member for Women of the Vine & Spirits, which exists to empower and equip women worldwide to advance their careers in the alcohol beverage industry.
Arleen serves on the Stanislaus State College of Business Administration Advisory Council and gives her time generously to mentor students at her alma mater.
