Founded APPL in 1982 to provide analytical chemistry data that is scientifically valid and defensible. Grown to a full service analytical laboratory with a staff of over 55 employees focusing on chemical analysis of water, soil and tissue samples.
Certified Small Woman-Owned Business by the US Small Business Administration.
Participated in the development of commercially-used EPA testing methods.
Co-authored scientific papers including the US Army Corps of Engineers (ACE) publication, "Evaluation of Sampling and Sample Preparation Modifications for Soil Containing Metallic Residues" (2012).
Member, American Chemical Society; member, Interstate Technology and Regulatory Council.
APPL has numerous professional certifications from the US Department of Defense.
