Michael Chacon
I want to use the skills and experience gained at Fullerton to work for the FBI in the white collar crime division.

Growing up sharing a bedroom with his three siblings in a Mexican American community in South Gate was not easy for Michael Chacon. His parents, who are first-generation college graduates, encouraged him to follow in their footsteps. Today, Michael is a senior at California State University, Fullerton with a 3.59 GPA majoring in business administration with a joint emphasis in accounting and finance.

Michael is an active member of both the business honors program and university honors program, and is consistently on the dean’s list each semester. Michael is also a member of the California Air National Guard’s 163rd Reconnaissance Wing, working to support troops overseas and respond to disasters at home. He participates in a variety of clubs including the Young Americans for Liberty and helped found a club that educates students on careers in fraud prevention, white-collar crime and other financial areas. Michael plans to use these skills and experiences to work for the FBI combating financial crimes.
