CSU ADAPT aims to address the challenges of climate change by enhancing the development and application of transdisciplinary climate adaptation solutions and climate action research. We work collaboratively to translate science to action and integrate these solutions into educational curriculum and workforce training. These efforts strengthen community actions, technological solutions, policymaking, and workforce development and retraining. CSU ADAPT catalyzes coordination across CSU’s 22 universities, maximizing opportunities for community engagement and lasting partnerships with high schools, community colleges, University of California campuses, California communities, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, the private sector, and philanthropists.
