The CSU Central Office for the Advancement of Black Student Success (COABSS) provides culturally responsive services to enhance student educational experiences and promote Black student success in higher education. The statewide central office will serve as an organizational catalyst for all universities by identifying promising practices, investing in Black student growth and amplifying their impact within the CSU.
