The CSU plays a critical role in providing future leaders with the skills and knowledge they’ll need to thrive in the workforce and help drive California’s economy. With nearly 127,000 graduates each year, the CSU is the state’s most successful producer of bachelor’s degrees.

Since the signing of the Donahoe Higher Education Act in 1960, the CSU has been the nation’s leading university system.
