The California State University (CSU) system is implementing CSUBUY, a comprehensive procurement platform designed to optimize the entire procure-to-pay process, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions from sourcing to payment within the CSU system. CSUBUY is being rolled out to the CSU’s 22 universities and the Chancellor’s Office in a phased approach. Below is the list of campuses currently using CSUBUY and the remaining campus that will be in CSUBUY in the near future.

Becoming a Supplier for the CSU

With the phased approach of CSUBUY, supplier onboarding may vary. Suppliers are encouraged to use the appropriate process for doing business with the CSU.

To do business with a current CSUBUY campus, you will need to be invited by the campus with whom you will transact business for the supplier onboarding process. The CSU is not accepting unsolicited requests at this time.

To do business with a future CSUBUY campus (not yet participating), please contact the campus directly to complete the campus' supplier onboarding process.
