Each year the trustees approve categories and criteria used to prioritize infrastructure projects for funding. This prioritization assures that limited resources are applied to the most critical needs within the system. CPDC and campus planners work together to identify the appropriate categorization for proposed projects.
The Infrastructure Improvements section of the five-year plan should include projects that are considered critical or modernizations (IA and IB). There is no limit to the number of projects a campus can include in this section, but projects requiring systemwide financing or reserves will be limited to funds available.
