Document Communication

Description:

After execution of service agreement with the design professional(s), all relevant information related to the project needs to be provided to the design team. Such information may include CSU and campus standards, guidelines, and project specific information such as feasibility documents, bases of design reports, CEQA documents, hazardous material reports, geotechnical engineering reports, surveys, owner projects requirements, bridging documents, campus developed schedule, and owner consultant developed documents shall be organized and packaged and made available for proposers review.

It shall be the responsibility of the CM in collaboration with the Architect to access the type, quantity, and quality of the available information describing existing site conditions.
