Lindsey Rowell serves as Chief of Energy, Sustainability & Transportation at the California State University Office of the Chancellor. She brings over twenty years of experience focused on energy reduction, decarbonization, water conservation, zero waste, renewable energy and environmental justice in the public sector.

She has led the installation of hundreds of megawatts of renewable energy across the CSU system and implemented efficiency strategies that have generated millions in cost savings. Her role has expanded to address environmental equity, supporting campuses in developing strategies to reduce disparities affecting disadvantaged students and communities. Her leadership helped shape the CSU Sustainability Policy, which promotes food and clothing redistribution, sustainable procurement, DEI initiatives and efforts to graduate climate-literate students.

Bradley Olin
CSU Channel Islands
VP for Business & Financial Affairs and CFO

Dr. Bradley Olin joined CSU Channel Islands in July 2024 as the Vice President for Business & Financial Affairs and Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, he worked in the California Community Colleges system, serving as the Vice President of Administrative Services and Chief Business Officer at Cabrillo College. Dr. Olin has prior CSU experience both at the systemwide level at the Office of the Chancellor and campus experience at San José State University as Director of Budget Planning & Risk Management and Associate Vice President for Academic Budgets & Planning. Dr. Olin earned his Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Latin American Studies from Cornell College in Iowa, his master’s degree in public administration from the University of Southern California, and his doctorate in Educational Leadership from California State University, Long Beach.

Jennifer Sorenson
Cal State San Bernardino
Chief Administrative Officer

Jenny Sorenson serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for Finance, Technology, and Operations at California State University, San Bernardino. Since joining CSUSB in 2016, she has held a series of progressively responsible leadership roles, including Director of Facilities Operations and Associate Vice President. In her current role, she oversees the planning, construction, and maintenance of the campus’ physical environment, guiding strategic initiatives that support the university’s infrastructure and long-term growth.

Andrea Alstone
Cal Poly Humboldt
Energy Analyst

Andrea Alstone is the energy manager at Cal Poly Humboldt. In this role, she monitors campus energy use, works to reduce it, and supports planning for a more sustainable energy future. Andrea is an all-around energy nerd. She has helped launch Humboldt County’s Community Choice Energy program while at the Redwood Coast Energy Authority; analyzed the national impacts of lighting efficiency standards while at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab; researched renewable energy resources while at the Schatz Energy Research Center; and contributed to the high-energy physics collaboration that experimentally verified the existence of the Higgs Boson while at UC Santa Barbara. Andrea holds an M.S. in Environmental Systems (with an emphasis in Environmental Resources Engineering) from Humboldt, and a B.S. in Physics from UC Santa Barbara.

Markus Endter
Cal State Fullerton
Utility & Energy Analyst

Markus Endter is the Utility & Energy Analyst at California State University, Fullerton, where he manages campuswide utility data, energy strategy, and carbon reporting. His work supports operational planning, regulatory compliance, and systemwide sustainability and resiliency goals. He oversees utility metering, chargeback systems, and energy information platforms, serving as a technical advisor on energy use, building performance and long-term resource planning.

Markus represents CSUF on the CSU Energy Contract Oversight Board and the U.S. DOE EnergyStar Higher Education Baseline Initiative working group. He holds certifications as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP).
