Disability Rights

Disability support and accommodation is a significant component of the mission of the CSU. The CSU is committed to working closely with our students, employees and campus visitors with disabilities to assure an educational and work environment that conforms to federal and state dis​​ability laws. Individuals with a disability may file a disability-based complaint with the Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation (DHR) Administrator. Reasonable Accommodation in the Employment Application Process

If a qualified applicant with a disability requires reasonable accommodation in the CSU employment application process, that applicant may contact the campus or Chancellor’s Office Human Resources Office.

Academic Accommodations or Adjustments for Students with Disabilities

​Students seeking academic accommodations or adjustments must contact the campus Disabled Student Services (DSS) office on campus as early as possible. DSS will assist the student in identifying and providing reasonable accommodations and adjustments. A student who is not satisfied with his accommodations or adjustments must file a Section 504 complaint through the campus DSS Office.
