Amanda joined the California State University’s Office of General Counsel in January of 2026 and serves as University Counsel for California State University, Monterey Bay. In addition to her responsibilities as University Counsel, Amanda also serves as a member of the Office of General Counsel Human Resources Team and is a resource specialist for Records Access, and Police/Clery/Pitchess Motions.
Prior to joining CSU, Amanda spent over a decade as Senior Counsel at Fagen, Friedman & Fulfrost (F3 Law), representing public education agencies throughout California. Earlier in her career, Amanda practiced with Lozano Smith and Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley, handling a wide range of education, employment, governance and general litigation matters.
