Student Conduct Process Policy

This Procedure is established pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Title 5, Section 41301 et seq., and governs all student disciplinary matters systemwide, except that as noted, specific procedures apply for allegations involving Discrimination, Harassment, Retaliation, Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Exploitation, Domestic, Dating Violence, and Stalking, as set forth in Article IV of this Policy and in the CSU Policy Prohibiting Discrimination, Harassment, Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Exploitation, Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, Stalking, and Retaliation.
