The departments that make up the Division of Strategic Enrollment Management and Student Success work collaboratively with our partners at the 22 universities of the CSU. Our goal is to nurture and support campuses and students in achieving their respective goals.
This office is responsible for systemwide student programming in study abroad and the arts. We also support campus commitments to high-quality international and arts programming and advise on policy in these areas.
Institutional Research and Analyses helps provide analytic support for CSU efforts in planning, policy and accountability.
Strategic Enrollment Management supports the CSU's mission of access and opportunity through supporting student recruitment, school relations, admission, matriculation, financial aid and strategic planning across the system's 22 universities.
Student Affairs assists the CSU's 22 campuses with the broad range of student service-related programs designed to help students achieve their academic and personal goals.
The Department of Student Success and Inclusive Excellence drives systemwide student success efforts as its primary function. The department is also responsible for implementing the system's Student Success Framework. It fosters academic preparation, external partnerships and develops strategic systemwide policies, programs and initiatives that support the CSU Student Journey from entry through graduation and a pathway to graduate school or a student's first career job. The department promotes campus cultures of evidence across the CSU by providing analytics-driven insights and innovative professional development opportunities that facilitate timely degree completion and the elimination of equity gaps.
