Michele Gendreau is director of food and beverage for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts. In this role, Michele leads the creative development of the novelties, synergy and packaging products for the food and beverage department, and integrates standards throughout the 450 various restaurants at both the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando and the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim. She is a key partner for the culinary and concept development team to integrate food and beverage product into the two resorts.

With more than 25 years of experience in the food & beverage industry, Gendreau began her Disney career in 2006 as the director of concept and product development at the Disneyland Resort. Before joining The Walt Disney Company, Gendreau worked for Spartan Shops, Inc. at San José State University where she held the positions of associate director and director of dining services, overseeing residential dining, catering, vending, and 13 retail restaurants servicing more than 29,000 students, faculty and staff on campus. In addition, she has served as the manager of dining services at University of Southern California.

Gendreau holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Restaurant Management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and is a member of the Cal Poly Rose Float Alumni Association.
