If you pre-registered for tours or other events, it will be noted in your registration packet. Consult the CSU FMC staff at the registration desk to add a tour, if available. Please meet in the hotel’s main entrance lobby and check-in with a CSU FMC staff prior to boarding the bus. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure time. More information »


Business casual is appropriate attire for all conference sessions. Cocktail attire is suggested for the Monday evening reception and dinner.

Badge Program

We are participating in the Sacramento Convention & Visitors Bureau's "Badge Program" which allows you to receive discounts at participating businesses in Sacramento by simply wearing your badge.

Open 24 hours, the self-automated Business Center offers copying, faxing, scanning and high speed Internet access.

Self-Service Hours:  24 hour self-service is available for Hyatt Regency Sacramento guests.

Location:  Business center is conveniently located within the hotel's lobby on the first floor.

Internet Access

The hotel offers complimentary wireless Internet access in the lobby, and wireless in all guest rooms starting at $9.95 per 24 hour period. Standard service for $9.95 allows up to 1.5MB of speed for up to 6 devices. Guests may upgrade to our premium service of 4MB of speed for $15.95, for up to 6 devices.

First-time conference attendees are invited to attend this rousing, one-hour welcome to the CSU Facilities Management Conference and Sacramento. Join us on Sunday, from 4:30–5:30 pm in Capitol View Room, 15th Floor.

Overnight parking is available for registered hotel guests at the rate of $17 for self-parking and $25 for valet, per day. In and out privileges are available to guests who bill parking charges to the hotel. As the parking garage is not operated by the hotel, these rates are subject to change.

For non-registered hotel guests, parking rates are as posted: a maximum of $20 for self-parking and $25 for valet, per day.


PowerPoint presentations will be posted to the website following the close of the conference.

Product Knowledge (PK) Presentations

Product Knowledge (PK) presentations provide an opportunity for a sponsor to speak to a small informal conference audience for 15 minutes. These events will be held in the Regency Foyer North and South of the hotel, just outside the main ballroom where the Exhibitor Hall and general sessions are located (two PK’s occurring simultaneously at opposite ends of the foyer). A plasma screen and table will be provided for presenter(s) to connect a laptop for presentations and/or product materials along with chairs for attendees. There will be a 5-minute break between presentations; all PK presentations will conclude within the allotted 15 minutes.

Registration is located in the Regency Foyer Gift Shop on the first level of the Hyatt Regency Sacramento. Pre-registered attendees may pick up their badge and registration materials at the registration counters. There is no on-site registration.
