Contribution Highlights:
- Ensuring her husband's legacy of high academic and business standards, Gertrude Lamden and family made a $10 million gift to name the nationally recognized School of Accountancy after her late husband, Charles W. Lamden, the first dean of the College of Business Administration.
- A $1.25 million gift from Darlene Shiley established the Donald P. Shiley Center for Cardiovascular Research in the SDSU Bioscience Center to honor her husband's contributions to the cardiovascular field.
